things to look foward to in 2013

2013 has already started, but I don’t want to miss telling you all about some interesting stuff that will happen in 2013
- two new editions of my GLOW ensemble:
on march 2nd with Johannes Enders & Wolfgang Muthspiel / and on may 10th in Bonn with Christian Weidner, Niels Klein, Henning Sieverts & John Schröder
- Trio tour to turkey in march
- recording a new GLOW CD in september
- Pablo Held Trio feat. Chris Potter in oktober !
- several concerts as part of our “rinsing stars” tour. one of them being in london at the prestigious Barbican!
Apart from oll of that we’re still playing several trio concerts to promote our latest cd “Trio Live”

This year Pablo Held Trio will be on tour in Kasachstan (april), Italy (May), Spain (June) and South America (september).

2011/2012

2011 has been a very exciting year for me, so much has happend for my friends and me and I’m grateful for all of it.
There are things coming up in 2012 which I’m looking foward to:
In January my trio will be a featured guest of the NDR Bigband im Hamburg. My good friend Niels Klein< is going to arrange my music for this great band. The resulting concert will take place on January 20th 2012 at Studio 1 at the NDR in Hamburg.
Apart from that we be on tour with the trio in central-asia and southamerika with help of the german Goethe Institute.
Also some of our trio concerts in germany will be recorded – our next cd will be a live-cd!
Sideman activities during the next year include cd-productions with saxophone player Denis Gäbel , guitarist Paolo Thorsen-Nagel from basel and also Tobias Christl Lieblingsband an.
Previous recordings by Bastian Stein, Niels Klein, Benjamin Garcia & Max Frankl are already in the can and waiting to be released.
